The workout I have for you today is AWESOME. All bodyweight and can be done in the comfort of your own home.
20 seconds of each exercise without rest:
- Total Body Extension
- Inch Worm with X-body Mountain Climber
(Perform half an inch work to push up position, then a cross body mountain climber – one to the left and one to the right, back to plank and then walk your hands back to your feet)
- Spiderman Plank
Rest for 30 seconds. That’s one set. Then repeat for another 3 sets. So it’s 6 minutes altogether including the 30 second rests in between each set.
This is a great core workout and would be great after weight lifting sesh 😀
