Anyhoo… got an awesome core workout for you today. I tried it out today at the end of my sets…
I only managed to get to M… I was sweating, but probably because I did a whole bunch of other stuff beforehand as well. I followed this up with a stability ball pike plank.
Yes, both require a stability ball. But you can also do them without one as well.
With the first exercise, do the first one in a plank position on your forearms. Then do the alphabet with your core. Easy peasy solution.

Please note: Always have correct form, back must always be straight or neutral. Movements should always be controlled and not be done fast. You do things fast, that’s when form go awry and injuries occur.
Also, just doing the above exercises won’t really burn off all the indulging during the Easter break… this is just to give you a bit of motivation to get moving!
